This is a fucking powerful yet ridiculously easy tactic. Approach and chat to the girl as you would one of your best mates. Be relaxed around her like you have known her all your life. This will then rub off on her and she will become very comfortable towards you straight away.
Just ask yourself "How would I act around a girl if I've known her for years?"
